You’re not fed up with applicants.
You’re fed up with CVs.
A CV is a snapshot. It doesn't show how a candidate performs at work. The evidence you need to hire well? Visible on your project.

From Assumed Capability to
Evidenced Capability™
Construction employers can now hire with confidence.
Capability is proven before you shortlist.
Here's how:
6Cs reveals the capability CVs miss.
Candidates demonstrate their skills through employer-set challenges that bring their CV to life. You evaluate proven capability: evidenced, verifiable, and measurable before the interview.
And the University of Wolverhampton cohort is generating that evidence right now.

Built on Evidence
6Cs is rooted in research and developed through rigorous, evidence-informed product design. Recognised in 2022 with EDUCATE Ventures’ Level 1 Evidence Aware EdWard (for transformative impact on future careers), and now built through UCL Industry Exchange, every iteration is designed to strengthen how capability is made visible, so employers can recruit with confidence.

6Cs is a skills-based hiring platform for construction employers. You create real project challenges based on your specific role requirements. Candidates are assigned to groups and work collaboratively to complete these employer-led projects, demonstrating their teamwork, problem-solving, and digital skills. You review their actual work and award star ratings (up to 5 stars) for each skill area before deciding who to interview.
